Choose the services, launch packages, and monthly support your practice needs. Fees shown are starting prices for one provider unless otherwise stated.
Provides ongoing credentialing monitoring and routine profile updates for one provider at a monthly rate of $75.
Custom projects: Multi-provider groups, multi-state launches, corrective credentialing, ownership changes, facility licensing, extensive policy manuals, ongoing support plans, and unusually complex projects are quoted according to scope.

How the Process Works
Paid Consultation and Needs Review
Customized services begin with a paid Provider Launch Consultation. We review your specific goals, provider type, state requirements, payer needs, group structure, and readiness before determining the appropriate next steps.
Written Scope and Service Agreement
If ongoing or customized support is needed, you will receive a written scope of work outlining the services, fees, responsibilities, and payment schedule, along with a service agreement and invoice.
Deposit and Document Collection
Projects of $500 or more require a 50% deposit unless otherwise stated in the service agreement. Work begins after the agreement, required payment, and requested documents are received.
Progress Updates and Handoff
You receive updates based on the selected service, followed by completed deliverables or a status summary.

• Provider Launch Consulting provides business and administrative consulting. Services do not replace legal, tax, accounting, clinical, or regulatory advice. Credentialing approval, network participation, effective dates, and payer processing timelines are determined solely by the applicable payer or agency and cannot be guaranteed.
• Government filing fees, payer fees, licensing fees, software subscriptions, legal services, accounting services, and other third-party expenses are not included unless specifically stated in the written scope.
• Provider Launch Consulting does not provide payer contract negotiation or reimbursement-rate negotiation.
• Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and responding promptly to document or signature requests.
• Services requested outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or a revised proposal before additional work begins.
• Prices are subject to change. The final fee, scope, and payment schedule will be stated in the signed service agreement.
