Meet Dr. Felicia Choyce
I'm Dr. Felicia Choyce, DNP, MHA, RN — nurse educator, healthcare consultant, and founder of Provider Launch Consulting. I help nurse practitioners and healthcare providers turn their vision for private practice into a structured, compliant, launch-ready business.
I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a master's in healthcare administration, and I've spent 16+ years in credentialing. I know this work from both sides — clinical and business. I support my clients with practice startup, credentialing, CAQH, payer enrollment, operational workflows, policies and procedures, billing readiness, and the systems they need to go from idea to open doors.
My approach is hands-on and education-focused. I don't just complete tasks — I make sure you understand the process, so you can make informed decisions and run your systems with confidence as your practice grows.
I'm also a nurse educator (MSN), and I continue to teach and develop future nurses and advanced practice providers. That background shapes everything I do — I explain things plainly and I don't skip steps.
